These balloons can be inflated with helium to float, or with air using a pump and placed on balloon sticks or on a tabletop balloon stand.
In our shop you can also find helium tankes so that you can inflate the balloons in your space.
If they are inflated with air, they do not float. If they are inflated with helium, they float for a few hours.
Each package includes 6 latex balloons in pastel light misty blue, pastel off-white, pastel nude and metallic white all printed with the phrase "Welcome Baby".
