1. WITH WHICH COURIER SERVICE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Our orders are shipped via:
1. ELTA COURIER at a charge of €3.50 for Greece and for parcels up to 2kg.
2. BOX express courier for same-day delivery, available within select postcodes in Thessaloniki, for a charge of €5.
2. HOW CAN I PAY?
The payment methods are as follows:
1. By deposit or intrabank transfer to a bank account.
2. Cash on delivery. The additional cash on delivery cost amounts to €2.50.
3. With your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card through Vivapayments. (Except American Express)
3. CAN I USE ANOTHER COURIER?
Shipping with another courier company can be processed after contacting our company and only if the recipient instructs the courier of his choice to collect at his own expense.
In this case, the shipping is up to the buyer to arrange, and our company bears no responsibility for the progress of the shipment of the parcel.
4. HOW MANY DAYS WOULD IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
Delivery time varies from 1 to 4 working days depending on the region.

5. HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
The procedure to place an online order is as follows:
Select the products you are interested in, and press add to cart.
Once you have completed your purchases, select the cart icon at the top right of your screen.
If you are a register customer, please sign in.
If you are not, you can sign up by clicking “Checkout as a guest or register”.
Then you should fill out the shipping information and choose the payment method.
To complete your order, you must choose that you accept the terms by selecting the box in "I agree with the terms of service, and I adhere to them unconditionally” and finally select the field "Complete".
After you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the products in your order.
Tracking information will be forwarded via another email once your order has been shipped.
6. CAN I PICK UP FROM THE STORE?
Orders placed through our online store (except for balloons inflated with helium) are picked up from the store in Thessaloniki, located in the Botsari area, at 16 Analipseos Street.
The eshop's opening hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-17:00.
After telephone contact, it is also possible to pick up your order from our physical store located in the center of Thessaloniki, Chrysostomou Smyrnis 8.
7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you like to cancel or change an order that you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try our best to follow your request however if your order has already been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
8. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I MAKE THE DEPOSIT FOR MY ORDER?
If you have chosen a deposit or interbank transaction to a bank account as the payment method, the payment must be made within 3 working days, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
9. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
In most cases, your order is canceled because your payment was not successfully processed (in case you choose online payment) or because the contact details you have filled out (phone, email) are incorrect and we cannot contact you.
10. HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS COMPLETED CORRECTLY?
To successfully complete your order, you must click on the "Complete " field and receive the confirmation e-mail with your details and order number.
Please check your spam folder in case the email landed there.
If you do not receive an e-mail, it means that your order has not been completed correctly.
11. CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER PHONE?
Yes! Our care center associates are happy to help place an order by phone and answer any questions you may have regarding our products.

12. CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AND WHAT IS THE CHARGE?
If you do not wish to make an online payment or a bank deposit, you can choose to pay in cash when you receive your order.
The additional fee borne by the customer is €2.50.
13. ARE ONLINE SHOPPING PRICES THE SAME AS IN STORE?
Product prices listed on the site are final prices including VAT. and are basically the same as those that apply to purchases from our physical store.
14. DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE – INVOICE?
We do not sell wholesale or offer wholesale pricing. However, we can issue an invoice "Sales Invoice" tax document, provided that the order has been paid in advance.
For orders with invoice, it is not possible to select cash on delivery as a payment method.
15. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Product returns are accepted only if the package has not been opened and within 14 days of purchase.
In cases of defective, damaged or incorrect product shipment, the return costs are borne by the company.
In any other case, they are charged to the recipient.
16. ARE SHIPMENTS MADE TO CYPRUS?
Shipments are made to Cyprus.
The order should be placed either by phone or through our website.
The shipping cost is 18.90 for parcels up to 2 kg.
In case the weight of the package exceeds 2 kg, we will inform you by phone or email about the additional cost.
For shipments to Cyprus, it is not possible to choose cash on delivery as payment method.
17. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
There is no minimum amount to place an order.
18. IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping applies to orders with a net value of 59.00 euros and more and only for Greece via ELTA courier.
19. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
To place an order, it is not necessary to register on our site.
You can proceed to any purchase as a guest (without registration) by clicking on “checkout as guest”.
