It can be inflated with helium to float or with air using the straw included in the package or an air pump. If you inflate it with air you can hang it from the slots it has.
Each pack includes one pumpkin-shaped foil balloon.

The foil balloons not inflated like latex balloons, resulting in a risk of bursting in case of over inflated liters of air (or cubic inches) of those indicated by the manufacturer.
