It is easily inflated with air (not helium), using a hand or electric pump.
It consists of two parts. First, inflate both parts and then tie the balloon to the base with the rubber band included in the package. (instructions included)
Tip: To better stabilize it, you can place a household object on the base, such as a box, according to the instructions included in the package.

How to use foil balloons:

The balloons are not returned. Balloons are not inflated and used in accordance with the above instructions and the manufacturer's instructions have been destroyed due to the customer fault, not replaced.
