Each pack contains 15 matte foil heart shaped balloons (~45cm), 15 heart tassels (for foil heart balloons), 10 heart shaped latex balloons (~12cm) whitch can be filled only with air and heart shaped confetti.
Balloons are non-returnable.
*The balloons are sent packaged, not inflatted.
Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
How to use foil balloons:
The foil balloons not inflated like latex balloons, resulting in a risk of bursting in case of over inflated liters of air (or cubic inches) of those indicated by the manufacturer.
Any other use of the products from the one described and recommended by the manufacturer, is solely the responsibility of the buyer. The manufacturer or our company is not responsible for any failure of products from misuse.
The balloons must not be placed near parts with heat or refrigeration, and close to where directed light source (downligh, lights, lamps, etc.).
The balloons are not returned. Balloons are not inflated and used in accordance with the above instructions and the manufacturer's instructions have been destroyed due to the customer fault, not replaced.
